T-Ray 5000 MSL5201
The T-Image scanner is a portable ‘C-scan system’ suitable for laboratory or field work. It is a highly versatile design which can be used vertically or horizontally, used in reflection or through transmission mode or used in conjunction with an external rotation support / motor to inspect cylindrical components.

Overview
The MSL5201 can move at speeds up to 150 mm/sec and can provide step resolutions below 30 microns. The motors are integrated with the required amplifier and encoder to allow high quality images to be acquired at speeds up to 1000 pixels per second. The T-Image has an embedded motion controller that is configured by software running on the Terahertz Control Unit.
Applications include: Time domain reflection tomography, Non-destructive materials inspection, package inspection, Semi-conductor wafer inspection, medical and biological imaging research, remote threat detection, homeland security research.
Typical Configuration:
Terahertz Controller with T-Ray ® Basic, T-Gauge®, and T-Ray® Imaging software.
External display, mouse, keyboard or network link to PC.
Umbilical (2, 5, 10, or 30m).
Transmitter.
Receiver.
Power and Network cables.
