StockExpo 2022 - “Rotterdam.. Ahoy!”
StocExpo 2022 is back in Rotterdam, where we will be exhibiting on stand B25 showcasing our latest products for Tank Inspection Solutions, which includes our Truflux MFL Tank Floor Scanning systems, the Tecnitest Ingenieros CETA UT Wall Crawler and with Ether NDE the Maxwell NDT Pulsed Eddy Current inspection equipment.
The Truflux is an Industrial Tank floor scanning solution, with full inspection mapping capability, alarm on defect software, military standard cable connectivity and is easy to transport with total shipping weight being under 60kg. This main unit will be accompanied by a preview of our new industrial detail scanner, the Truflux Mini, developed to have the capability of scanning the edge of a floor up to the tank shell wall, into corners and under fixed pipework increasing inspection coverage, with a thickness range of 6-20mm (0.2 - 0.8”) and a height clearance: 105mm (4.1”). Data scans captured will be able to be mapped and merged in with scanning conducted using the larger main, automated Truflux system.
Our partner Tecnitest Ingenieros will be be driving their CETA Scanner up the wall! The CETA is a highly adaptable UT crawler developed to map the thickness profile of the tank wall from the outside and the Tecnitest team are leading experts in the development and deployment of Ultrasonic Robotic Systems for 2D and 3D profile scanning, using ultrasonic Pulse-Echo, Through-transmission, Double Transmission and Phased Array techniques.
